BAYSIDE MARKETPLACE ADDS FRESH FLAVOR TO ITS ICONIC WATERFRONT WITH NEW RESTAURANT OPENINGS
Holy Burek and Lulu’s join recently opened COYO Taco as Bayside Marketplace continues to curate a more diverse, locally inspired dining destination
Bayside Marketplace, Miami’s original open-air waterfront destination, continues to expand its dining offerings with the addition of Holy Burek and Lulu’s, joining the recently opened COYO Taco.
“Our vision for Bayside is to create a destination that reflects the culture, energy and diversity of Miami,” said Joe Press, COO of Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation. “Each concept is selected to add something distinct to the experience, inviting visitors to discover what’s new while creating places locals return to.”
Holy Burek is an internationally recognized fast-casual concept known for its handcrafted Balkan pastries. Founded in Europe, Holy Burek specializes in traditional burek, golden, flaky phyllo pastries filled with savory ingredients including beef, spinach and cheese, alongside other authentic Balkan specialties. The concept introduces Balkan cuisine to Bayside, expanding its international culinary offerings. For more information, follow @holyburek_miami.
